Our editorial process is designed to make fast-moving AI coverage useful, traceable and fair. Every published item should help the reader understand what happened, why it matters and what remains uncertain.
01 — SELECTION
What earns our attention
We prioritise developments with practical, commercial, technological, financial, regulatory or strategic significance. A story must offer more than novelty: it should materially affect how AI is built, bought, governed or used.
We do not publish routine claims solely because a company describes them as important. Multiple reports about the same development are treated as one story.
02 — VERIFICATION
Original evidence comes first
We verify publication dates, distinguish original reporting from syndication and link to primary sources wherever possible. These may include official announcements, product documentation, regulatory filings, research papers and direct statements.
- Claims are checked against the underlying source.
- Material uncertainty and conflicting evidence are identified.
- Facts, analysis and opinion are kept meaningfully distinct.
- Headlines must accurately represent the article.
03 — REVIEW
Human responsibility at every stage
The named author is accountable for the work. A reviewer checks material claims, source quality, clarity and practical relevance before publication. Published and updated dates remain visible on the page.

04 — INDEPENDENCE
Coverage cannot be bought
Editorial inclusion is not for sale. Sponsorships, affiliate relationships, advertising and supplied products must be disclosed and do not guarantee coverage or a positive conclusion. Commercial partners do not receive approval over independent editorial copy.
05 — UPDATES & CORRECTIONS
We update openly
Material updates should change the visible updated date. When a substantive factual error is confirmed, we correct it and add an explanatory note where context is needed. Minor spelling or formatting changes may be made without a correction note.
06 — FEEDBACK
Challenge our work constructively
Readers, companies and sources can raise a concern by sharing the page URL, the disputed statement and supporting evidence. We assess corrections on their merits, regardless of commercial relationship.
